Coming in Jan. The overpaid players league

There will be 4 rounds of player assignments. One SP RD, One RP RD, and Two Hitter RD's. RD 1 will be SP, RD 2 will be RP, RD's 3 & 4 will be hitters. Upon sign up Post the most overpriced SP left in the set along with a lottery state. The players will be assigned by the lottery high to low. Whoever is signed up #1 in a particular RD will get the player that is associated with the #1 lottery # ect. All the overpriced players must stay in the league the entire year. They may be traded but can't be cut. Once the signups and 1st rd players are posted feel free to start the RP RD. We will not use the same night's Lottery #'s for more than 1 rd but we can post before a RD has been assigned. With the holliday and many of us travelling I am in no hurry so don't worry about access go ahead and sign up just keep us up to speed when you are unavailable. I am going to my parents for a few days around Christmas and couldn't access the site while I was there last year so from the afternoon of the 21st to the 27th I may not be available. We will use a 5th Lottery for divisional alignments and we will have a stadium draft with the order to be determined by the salaries assigned. The person stuck with the most salarary will get 1st stadium pick ect.

Sykes, If I am reading the instructions right you are supposed to pick a SP in the first round. Hold your Mitch Williams pick till round 2.

I'm not quite clear how the players will be drafted. Is the ordering and distribution done like this?

1. Lottery on night A to determine Draft Order of teams
2. Lottery on night B to order and distribute SPs (Is Eric Plunk now assigned the NM lotto, and all nominated SPs are then ordered based on lotto results from night b and assigned to teams based on night A's draft order?)
3. Lottery on night C used to order and distribute RPs...
etc?
