Hmmm...as long as the question came up, I did a little quick math:
35 total teams past and current, subtract 6 championships (yielded 12 free teams), subtract 6 times losing in the finals round (yielded 6 free teams) = a total of 17 teams I actually had to pay for.
At approximately $20.00 per team (bought some before the 5 pack deal, and bought some at the database maintenance discount :D ) means I've spent about $340.00 on this game.
I'm good with that (even if my wife finds out... which of course I hope she doesn't.) 8)
