even though I was the 5th team in somehow I got into the East, I don't know how this happened or how to fix it please advise...

You need to exit and then rejoin when the East is full. The team that's currently in the Central (CC) needs to exit and wait too, as he's supposed to be in the West.

Don't worry, Rut, we're not going to start the league without you. But we need all the East teams first. If you're sitting there when UJ joins he'll end up in the Central.
