I have seen many good carlton seasons as well. As far as cheapies goes, I love Neil Heaton.

My favorite, outside of Higuera and Fernando, is Reuss. My fav cheapie is Allan Anderson. He has 3 or 4 usable years for under 1M. A lot of people talk up Heaton but I have had better success with Anderson. Some people will use Caldwell but he's never done it for me either.

I agree that Allan Anderson is a great bargain at .88. I try to get him as my 5th starter in almost every draft.
