Ice,

I may just do that. I thought maybe I had really pissed off a few folks around here and nobody was speaking to me anymore

I have tried to get the American League theme going in December and now in January with no luck. Oh well. :?

I will check out your Poison Pill theme a little closer to see if it is something I'd like to try.

Thanks,

Mike

The time is right to get this one rolling!

Now that the Poison Pill league is full and a few other leagues are drafting, I thought it would be a good time to bump the American Leauge Theme back to the top of the list. I know a lot of you guys are in multiple leagues with quite a few teams going, so I understand the reluctance to start up another team, but let's see if we can get the ball rolling on the American League Theme.

Thanks Jake were off and rolling.

Any interest in a league that includes American League players only with the exception of one stud National League player? The one stud player could be a pitcher or hitter. The qualification to be an American League player is to have at least 3 of the 5 cards listed with an American League team.

Examples:

Winfield is an American League player, 2 years with San Diego and 3 with the Yankees.

Lonnie Smith is a National League player, 2 years with St. Louis, 2 with Kansas City and 1 with Atlanta. Lonnie could only be drafted as your one National League stud.

The draft would be based on the results of state daily three lottery numbers (someone help me with a link to the state lottery site).

The draft would be highest number to lowest for the stud player and lowest to highest for the stadium.

How does the NL stud work?

Can you have one NL guy on your team at any time or do you choose one at the beginning of the season or do we draft him prior to the draft and do you have to keep him on your team the whole season?

I dont care which as long as it is clear.

Kevin,

The one National League stud is drafted as your first pick. The National Leauge stud cannot be dropped, however, he can be traded.

Rutkap and Terp, I have added you to the list. Please pick a state for the lottery.
