Well it seems that
1. I can't count
2. I am an idiot
There are in fact 139 hitters (I missed a couple) and 61 pitchers (I had them all, but apparently I don't know how to count) for a total of 200.
I still have to consider a few more details, so I'll post a sign-up hopefully tomorrow.
My biggest concern in the draft is not having enough money to round out the rosters.
A 200 mil cap while putting a 2-2½ mil max on remaining players is a possibility, but I'm thinking of allowing maybe 1 superstar player who could crack the heart of the order or the top of the rotation.
Or perhaps cutting the cap to 100 mil with different restrictions
Or leave the rosters at 80 mil with no restrictions and if you don't have enough cash, then it's your own fault. That just leaves the concern of not having enough money to even spend the minimum on available players.
