canauscot, the frenzy is the free agent period right after the waivers run which is usually 5pm Eastern time here. If it's not too early or too late you need to try to grap the best talent available right then. Usually many good players are dropped in waivers or in the early minutes of the frenzy. Some leagues play without waivers and go straight to the freny after the draft runs which is a blast, but is usually in the wee hours here and I can't stay up late enough to participate. If I remember right they run about 4am here.
