While waiting for Grich to get off the DL, I've lost both Uribe & Bowa, so now I have no middle infield whatsoever for 5 games.

I'm thinking maybe I should have moved Henderson when I had the chance ... now I don't know if there is anything worth claiming with the 20% hit imposed.

Made a deal to upgrade myself slightly offensively by acquiring Concepcion while downgrading from Boddicker to R. Langford. Also cut an unproductive reliever and added a couple of .75 RPs. Hopefully the changes won't negatively affect the chemistry of my team.

I do not know about you guys - but I always find it a little odd that a team can score 21 runs in 1 game and then have 3 in the remaining two. Not that I am complaining - I'll give up 21 runs if it means I win 2 of 3. :wink:

You know, Arryl, this series typifies my season.. Flashes of brilliance, but a HECK of a lot of inconsistency. I feel bad for whoever takes my team next season

Season is now 2/3rds complete. The Treasure Hunt have a solid lead in the East, while the Monmouth Stables are starting to pull away in the West. However the West & Wild Card are still up for grabs.

No divisions are sealed as of yet, but Cubs48 is slowly but surely tightening his grasp on the East, and alphonso may soon do the same with the West.
