Well, you must have set your draft card already, even with 2 picks not made yet, but why not keep Donnie Moore and drop the other Moore.
The list DID say just "Moore" (I thought that was Donnie too) and you had no reason to think it may have been otherwise. It was an easily overlooked error that was a result of the list, not your fault.

If Donnie's salary was anything but .75 then I'd say otherwise.
