I was actually hoping to get KC

Nothing to do with the players, but I thought Royal Flush would be an awesome name for my team. Well, back to the drawing board...

Oh my gosh. I just got a good look at my 1986 pitching prospects. Remember "Spahn and Sain and pray for rain"? I have "Sanderson and Teddy, then get the bullpen ready."

Sutcliffe - $.96? Eck $.80. Perhaps someone should think about moving Eck to the bullpen. Hmmm.

Paul, that was the exact idea. I actually had a team called the Flushing Toilets made up solely of players who had at least one AB or IP with the Mets.

By the way, for '86, regardless of my second team, I'll be Flushing with pitching, so maybe we can swing a trade.

Same divisions as last season. I've placed our new managers in the same spots as their predecessors. The East can begin loading as they are ready. The 70's and 80's leagues are set - FATY70 and FATY80. PW is FATY. East managers who wish to set up the other leagues can go ahead. I am waiting for a transfer of credits.

When you do set up a league please make it standard waivers (no frenzy), DH in all leagues except 1969, advanced level. The reason for avoiding a frenzy is to allow managers to adjust their teams before players in the 70's and 80's are made available to other rights holders.

Paul.....just one request. Could we change the divisions based on the draft pick order? 1-4 East, 5-8 Central, 9-12 West. That would align the guys with similar draft pick types and more importantly, I don't have to have the same divisional foes for 10 straight leagues. :x

Thanks, Kev

I think year one was based on draft order so it does make sense (Kev makes sense? ) to use the draft order to get divisions this time around too.

I'll be last in again in all leagues so we get kicked off on the same night.

Draft Position

Postby pwootten » Sat Mar 07, 2009 9:12 am

I stand corrected on divisional set-ups. This from the FATY I thread:

[i:fc90ea1eb2]Here are divisional set-ups, based upon draft position.

East: 1, 4, 7, 10
Central: 2, 5, 8, 11
West: 3, 6, 9, 12 [/i:fc90ea1eb2]

So, our divisions will look like this:

[u:fc90ea1eb2]East[/u:fc90ea1eb2]
Faaron
TheGoodDoc
crossingroads
keyzick

[u:fc90ea1eb2]Central[/u:fc90ea1eb2]
BrandonCraig
jablowmi
klx22
ehlekev

[u:fc90ea1eb2]West[/u:fc90ea1eb2]
durantjerry
LMBombers
latorrer

I will pull out of the East as soon as someone enters.

Royal Flush = Crown Royal, Peach Schnapps, & cranberry juice. Very good! :)
