Hey BC...well, 1 deal was offerred but the player hasn't been injured yet and his performance looks like his worst card (of course we know that can be misleading) so I held off.

I think something may happen this weekend though. Of course if it doesn't, getting "stuck" with a players .900+ OPS card isn't the worst thing that ever happened to me in this game.

Hey BC...got your message and I like the player. I have made an offer that may go through tomorrow with another manager as of now. Since Canseco is injured, and I've already accidentally made the error of trading a player while on injury, we are waiting until tomorrow. I think the deal will go through, but in case in doesn't I'll then run a trade past you tomorrow for the player discussed. Thanks.

Sorry I haven't been around much. My wife is recuperating from surgery so I've been spending a lot of time there. She's OK though and happily comes home tomorrow. (YIKES...now I've gotta start picking up around here).

Well, the much shopped Andre Dawson's card (3 teams in 2 weeks) turned out to be the Hawek's charm season.

I still Jim Rice's crappy poo showing this year isn't his 1988 card. Of course, he hasn't done much to prove otherwise. If I have his season 1 card, we won't know from an injury. :oops:
