Sorry to interject, but if you would Mr. Yountfan, sir, if you could Mr. Yountfan sir, without divulging too much info, as some teams are still to be crafted, how often have you eschewed the drafting of 3 day rest starters and gone with the non-star starters? It seems so un-Yountfanish.

We're almost there!

I challenge anybody to say this 10 times fast:

Bad bunts by Buddy Bell and Brett Butler, a balk by Britt Burns and bases on balls by Bert Blyleven befouled the Bay State Big Diggers, battered by the Beerbelly Batdingers' befuddling Bud Black and bashing Bobby Bonilla.

That is if the Beerbelly Batdingers are Rooks' team...

Once. You may recall YountFan's Experiment. There have been only a few seasons where I ended up with a 5 man..but this is the 2nd time drafting one. It does violate some YF theories, but this 5-man, no defense team will be interesting to watch the first few weeks.

My real reason was that I waited too long on some pitchers and in the Decade League some 5 man staffs did really well. I'll try someing if it works. I am had Sid and Perez do great for me in the past so lets roll the dice... BRING ON THE DRAFT!

Yountfan is just converting to the Haker team view, which generally includes using the five man staff, Carter, and a lot of hitting.

Being the weird draft that this has been, I have taken the Yountfan approach using a 4 man staff, which I pretty much never do in 80's, especially in live drafts.
