From the list above, it appears that you awarded Ruthven for Ugly and myself. I believe I "won" at $2 million.

Toi San you are right. Two changes to previously advised have been determined in the final version. Ruthven was incorrectly awarded twice. Toi San clearly has outbid Ugly. The other change is sean reflex has to lose the Kennedy bid as it was just below the 80% minimum.
