I set this up the same way I did the 70's draft and the proxies worked on that one.

The proxys are not working in all 4 leagues. It is definitely an issue on the draft site.

Well, we've made it to the middle of the 5th round. Good job under the circumstances.

Why we drafting for anyway

Echo has put us on the back burner anyway..... :) She tore up the seventies regular season.
But there IS the 1 credit for runner up in the championship round I guess.

Good job Echo- you have become quiet formidable.

And...there is also bragging rights for anyone who can finish within 20 games of her!! She did a GREAT job turning around her Round #1 70's team. I watched her cycle through players and said to myself "Oh no...that will only make it worse". But it didn't and her quick BOLD moves paid off.

Nice job Jenn...and welcome to SHARKHOOD. :D

Sharkhood? Or shark hoodies? Shark hoodies are fashionable! I'm going to get them for all my players :D

Seriously though I feel very fortunate to be on top at this point considering the tough competition. Plus you guys forget how badly I did in last year's tourney! I had a really good autodraft with my 80's team and went into panic mode with my 70's team after a horrible start. I did find some guys that helped turn it around but also a couple of my drops (Killebrew, Singleton, Lee) have done well for other teams. Sometimes patience pays off and sometimes it doesn't.

Now I have to avoid a meltdown in Rds 3 & 4. I'm not really liking my 80's draft so far. Too many guys I've never tried before so I don't really know what to expect from them. Plus I thought the run on pitchers would start much earlier leaving me a decent hitter for rds 5 or 6. Didn't happen! BTW I'm always open to trades.

nycalderon picked White right after Doran. Was that a mistake or is he cornering the market on second basemen, do you suppose?

I saw that and figured White must be his new third baseman. Heck...I'm putting a third baseman (Molitor) at firstbase so I guess that's the way I saw it.

It could be a draft strategy. In my 70's draft one team picked 5 CF, leaving a few of us scrambling at the end.

Sorry I am so slow here by the way: Our computers are down at work with a bad network wide virus (a variant of fujacks) and I can only draft at lunch and after work.
