[quote:876ab6377b="jmc316"]I'd pass on an 80's version...If the group wanted to do another 70's go round but use 70/72/74/76/78 I'm in...That changes the dynamic on several players including Reggie and Pete[/quote:876ab6377b]

I may have posted this in the wrong thread, but I favor doing the 70's again in even-numbered years. After 1978 we can attempt to tackle the 80's with an odd/even format.

Trade Announcement

Postby LMBombers » Thu Dec 10, 2009 11:40 am

LMBombers trades Rod Carew and Ralph Garr to ggrover for Jose Morales and Frank Taveras.

I was going to have Luzinski at 1B and Garr as my DH. This move frees up some cash so that I can move the Bull to DH and add more power with Willie Aikens at 1B. :)

Randy's version of what we call "the Kansas City dump".

- Carlos Beltran for John Buck
- Johnny Damon for Angel Berroa
- Jermaine Dye for 3 t-shirts and a cool pair of red shoes

Another Royals item that makes me wonder. They let Miguel Olivo walk away, despite his team-leading 21 homers. Who are they looking at? Jason Kendall. OooooooKay.
