I think the commish should wield the power to automatically replace MIA managers autocratically. Getting new managers that want (or have the time) to be here like fatdaddy are a welcome addidtion for all.

I check in at least twice daily but will have uncertain internet access while on vacation Aug 1-7.

I think it would be fair to have the rule of 24 hours and you are skipped, 48 hours and you are replaced unless we have knowledge that someone's access is going to be touch-and-go for a specific amount of time. Like LMBombers Aug 1-7 vacation. If we at least know, it is much easier to deal with.

I think we need to stop and do something about sykes or his pick at this point. Lets either replace him and let the new person pick now, pick for him or find him and force him to sit down and make a pick himself.

IF we just complete the draft with no picks for sykes and then go looking for a replacement it might be harder to find one.

I sent him league mail and an email over the weekend and so far no response.
