I would be agreeable to a Friday FA time.

Eventhough 2100 is 0200 Saturday for me, I have no problem with it. I'm just going to drop a couple of hitters, get the Rocket on my team, and wait for someone to drop one or two people....

I will not be available Friday night at all. I will be at my local High School football playoff game. They upset the #2 team in the state last week! This sucks if we go with that. I am available immediately after waivers closes Tuesday at 5:00pm. In fact I am available for free agent pickup any day [b:bbedb87d96]but[/b:bbedb87d96] Friday. I thought the rules stated that the free agent period would start immediately after waivers closed. It is not right to change the rules at the last minute like this. Let's stick to our original plan. If we move the time at all then the new time should be agreed upon by all.

Another plus for having it come immediately after waivers is so no one goes 3 minutes earlier than the appointed time and later say my clock must have been fast or something. Having it follow waivers makes everyone go by TSN's clock which is fair to all. No one can go early then.

I think that we should use the waivers system (everybody gets an even chance to have first pick) or have the free agent pick up immediately follow waivers. Those are the only two ways that no one can get a cheap advantage. It may be hard for all 12 of us to have available time at the same time at any particular time of the week. The best thing may be for us to use waivers where everyone has an even shot and gets to input their picks at their leisure.

I definitely can't do FRI at 9:00. Why are we changing it? I think we need to get this done quickly so there is time to make a trade, if nec. Plus, LM is correct, it is easier to use the Strat "timer" than our own.

LM and Jab have good points, lets keep it as is, especially since we all got 85% of what we wanted anyways. You are pretty much talking about fine-tuning, or dropping some players to fit 5 yr expensive players onto your team, like the Rocket.....
There can't be more than probably 15 players out there that are going to be fought over, everyone else is already locked into their contracts with the big league club. My .02, anyways.

Stick with the Rules

Stick with Tuesday. Friday's bad. The frenzy on Tuesday is limited in that you only can raid your team roster anyway.
