Maybe these guys don't work on Thursday?
Maybe they're currently engaged in a brainstorming session to try to figure out how to respond to this disaster and are waiting until they get a majority vote before releasing details of the solution?
Or, maybe we will get half way through the season before anyone looks into this. As much as I'm sure these guys are super overwhelmed with requests/complaints/issues/problems to pile on top of keeping the product up and running, I have a hard time finding too much sympathy as most of the paying clientele appear to spend more time looking into this stuff than they do...on top of actually working and living their own lives.
