If you did and HAL still ran the slugs, I'd start looking at the possible season cards where the player may have had a higher SB rating.

On cavaet, I've noticed in my leagues - my team has a worse stolen base % on the road than at home. So, see where HAL is running them to give you that SWAG on the card :shock:
