Will not return until late this evening.

With all due respect, I think we need to stay consistent with the way we fill the divisons. All of our other leagues in the tournament have been filled this way and many of my draft decisions were based on the make up of the other teams in my division. This is the format of the divisions based up those rules...

The tournament was set-up originally as first come first serve, I believe we should hold to the spirit of the rules and stay with who ever gets into the league and divisions first.
In the previous three leagues I've entered the divisions were first come first served.
