I have a question... How is the over all winner picked. Is it by total points over all or just whoever wins the WS in the final league.

OK, I checked - draft order for live draft is based on order of finish. Divisions for live/auto are 1/6/7/12, 2/5/8/11 and 3/4/9/10.
