I like this lineup as well. I have the flexibilty of playing Hayes against lefties instead of Felder and Smalley instead of Schofield. I've got Seitzer as a possible player in LF if Smith falters against right handed pitchers.

Lineup vs. LHP
CHANGE THIS LINEUP
1. Butler, Brett (L) CF
2. Seitzer, Kevin (R) DH
3. Smith, Lonnie (R) LF

6. Hrbek, Kent (L) 1B
7. Felder, Mike (S) RF
8. Schofield, Dick C. (R) SS
9. Cerone, Rick (R) C

Here's the Stratzillas lineup:

Vs Righty's:

CF Dykstra
2B Herr
LF Cruz
3B Brett
C Carter
1B Joyner
RF Hendrick
DH Kemp
SS Fernandez

Vs Lefty's:

CF Dykstra
2B Herr
3B Brett
C Carter
RF Hendrick
DH Baylor
LF Cruz
1B Joyner
SS Fernandez

We'll start off that way anyway...I'm hoping that the pitching will hold.

Hey guys. Check out the POWER!! The slugging pcg. is off the charts. I figure if Coleman, Wilson, Larkin, and McGee can get a decent OBP in Royals Stadium (1-16 singles), then we can speed ourselves around for some runs and I may have a chance to win some games at home. 8)
However, unless Buckner , Pendleton, and Mcrae come through with some clutch hits, I think a 70-92 record isn't out of the realm of possibility.

Lineup vs. RHP
CHANGE THIS LINEUP
1. Coleman, Vince (S) RF
2. Wilson, Willie (S) LF
3. McGee, Willie (S) CF
4. Buckner, Bill (L) 1B
5. McRae, Hal (R) DH
6. Pendleton, Terry (S) 3B
7. Cincinnati #11 (R) SS
8. White, Frank (R) 2B
9. Sundberg, Jim (R) C

On the bright side, defense, pitching, and speed like the mid 80s Royals and Cards worked for them.

Kev,

This will make you doubt your team even more than you already are. This team is why I am in the loser league instead of playing in round 2.

Last in home runs, out of round 2.

Thanks Mike!! I am now completely and totally depressed!!! We are going to go ahead and make funeral arrangements now for my team. I truly hate this team even though in theory it doesnt' seem to bad in real life. In the world of Strato, I think I sense a trainwreck coming soon!
