How long does each league need to wait for an owner to report in and make their pick for round 4's live draft and then be replaced?

I don't think everyone knows about the draft yet so my suggestion is to wait awhile more.

Jablowmi...may I suggest that Round #4 have all 4 leagues start the same week. It would be really nice to have the leader board in-sync coming down the home stretch.

Leagues could load and designate 1 hold-out in the WEST to wait until the approved date to load. What do you think?
