The keepers list is up to date and the excluded players are all taken care of on somdraft. You can set proxies as you wish. The draft will start tomorrow morning. If you miss your turn, you can catch up later.

EVERYONE, Please check your keepers list for errors I might have made. If you don't catch 'em here, it's too late to catch 'em later. It might be worth your time to run a proxy check on somdraft to make sure they don't pop up for others. I am occasionally prone to mistakes!

Thanks,
Paul

Paul, thank you for all he time you devote to this on our part.

I know it's not something you get paid for, so it really is a great act of kindness.

It will almost make me feel bad when I steal 2 out of 3 by scoring 6 runs in the ninth against you in the third game of the series.

I said..."almost".

Thanks again!

Paul,

Can UJ go ahead and make his pick tonight and so on? We just wouldn't count any time until tomorrow?

AllStar, THANKS for the kind words. I'm not being paid? Really? That's not what Rob Latorre told me. He keeps saying "the check's in the mail."

I'd rather hold off on UJ's pick and all the rest until morning. This gives everyone a chance to make one more look at the player lists and make sure no one got left off.

ALSO, if you have less than 12 protected players and want to add some, or change some, you can do that until 9:00 AM ET Tuesday morning. At 9:00 sharp I'll go on-line, update the protected list, and turn on the draft.

Now, I guess if Jerry wants to let us know who he is picking, we'd love to hear! :D

I would also like to protect Justin Verlander, as for my first pick... I am putting in a proxy right now for John Smoltz. This way we can make sure the proxies fire, and I don't have to get up that early. If there is a problem I will check when I get up.

Verlander protected Jerry.

Your announcement now puts the pressure on #2!

The draft is on, and I can already see that the clock is not right. We're going to do our best to compensate for the clock's problems, so check in frequently.

I will gladly take cell phone numbers sent to my PM to provide text updates when your turn is up. I'll check in fairly frequently today, less frequently on Wednesday.

Now, fire up those proxies. Let's not slow this thing down.

Thanks.
