I'm assuming the divisions are the same (since they were the same for the last two years). I have created a league and will send the PM to the other east teams. If I need to get out of the east let me know and I will do so once someone else gets in.

That is a good trade[/quote:45d03d3c54]

For who???[/quote:45d03d3c54]
I thought it was a win/win trade. The only knock that people have on Baker is the price. The guy is solid. The Carew guy is a rock start at the top of the order also.

I agree with YF. Believe it or not I had almost too many LH hitters plus I needed just a scosh more power so Baker fit the bill as a RH hitter with decent power. I'm hoping that Harrah will have about the same OBP as Carew but granted it will be via walks rather than singles.

I also agree it was a trade that will help both teams. I have more RH hitters than I need, particularly in the OF, where I'll probaby use both Barfield and Marshall (not to mention Guerrero). But I lacked a LH OBP guy for the top of the lineup, especially of Carew's calibre. And I was looking at having Garvey as my 1B vs. both sides. So the deal definitely helps me. A good old fashioned baseball trade!

I have abundance of good outfielders -- looking to trade for infielders of comparable stature but would also look at an offer involving SP.

Available: Rickey, Tony Gwynn.

Other options (for lesser price): Sixto, Dw. Murph, Armas.
