You're supposed to announce it before the draft starts but everyone forgets and we've been lax about this. You need to use a draft pick but you can use your 3rd round pick (even though we only have enough players for 2 rounds). You'll get your pick of available parks unless someone ahead of you in the draft decides to blow up their park, too.

BigD, I'm assuming you haven't blown up your park yet this decade (you can only do it once a decade + at the turn of the decade). Remind us what park you're giving up.

I'd long forgotten about the announce before the draft bit, and I too am planning on playing in a new park. I was going to use my next pick to choose it.

Just make sure that the new parks you guys want to use is not already being used by someone.
