All,

I have some concerns with the pace of the draft. Not that is is going as bad as times in the past, but it has been 6 days and we have had 16 selections. With the number of available players this could translate into a 6 or 7 WEEK draft. If it does go on that long the drafting will get even slower as people lose interest.

I can take proxy requests and assume others can do so also. Another suggestion is to cap the draft at 5 rounds.

YountFan, I think you are right that we need to get dedicated to the 3 hour rule. I share your frustration with these long waiting times between picks. Its unacceptable and I think we need to be rigid with this.

I do understand that life happens and things come up in our lifes much more important that Strato drafts. But we seem to get stuck in the same places every draft or league filling.

I saw on these 70s/80s boards that another theme/keeper league went by the wayside due to some players lack of honoring time commitments making it too frustrating for the players who do follow along properly. I would hate to see it happen to this league.
