There is a potential problem.

When you click on Steve Stones card in the draft list (pick #33), it incorrectly links to Tom Bradley. If JSAM picked Stone thinking he was getting Bradleys card, he may want to remake the pick.

Otherwise, then I guess it makes no difference.

What's the draft form make up of the 1970's league?

10 pitchers? Any special amount of RP's etc? 5 SP's?

Interesting observation, but the draft goes by player name. Unfortunately, some of the links on somdraft are screwy, especially with 0.75 players. The better move is to go to the 70s game website and search for player cards there, in case there are any mishaps like the Steve Stone/Tom Bradley situation.

Wow... I was going to take Wills when it came back around to me, and I thought I was going to be taking him earlier than I should have.
I figured he's be a highly sought after player, but I figured this was too early for him, yet I was still ready to grab him.

Pitching is going to be a nightmare in this league...

Also I noticed that a couple of managers are drafting duplicate position players. I was under the impression that this was a NO-DH league. Am I right or wrong?

Wills was next on my list as well when he was taken off the board.

Rules say no DH. Assume that hasn't changed.

Given the pitching in this league our bench guys will be seeing plenty of PH duty anyway. We'll continue with no DH.

Most of the players taken so far are multi-position, so you can move them around to fit your lineup or try to hide a bad glove. By the way, any chance we'll see Kingman playing third this year? :D

There are so many .75 pitchers I'm betting somebody like Kingman could set a HR record. .207 average with 75 HR and 90 RBI.

wow I am glad I got wills when I did. I figure there are not many SS out there and did not want to waste a keeper on a SS. Now if I only could figure out what to do next.
