I never put this in the rules so hopefully no one objects. My plan was to make the Major League divisions based on pick order, as is often done. So this means:

For the minor leagues, I was thinking maybe we would just make it randomn -- that is have people enter when they're ready in whatever order.

The plan is to have both leagues start at the same time but we could discuss staggering them one way or another, slightly if we think there's any advantages to this.

Since it is a $100 million league, and the best cross decade guys are picked, I'll go with the Morgan. not sure if that was a good pick or not.

Hak, try not to make a habit of picking the players I want just before I do, will ya? (Tho, I guess it may happen the other way around, too).

I can't think of any benefits but I'm presuming we want to avoid a situation where a guy can't move to the minors/majors because the other league has passed the roster freeze deadline.

For the same reasons we may want minors to have same divisions as Majors in any year so that we don't have one sleepy west manager hold up a league when the other has already loaded.

I've tried contacting Jsam thru the available avenues (PM, email in other leagues). I'm not wanting to rush anyone this early in the draft but I want people to know when they're up. It is summer, so I'm guessing there will be these types of delays.
