Perhaps I'm missing something, but aren't there already no-DH leagues out there waiting to be filled?

The "Bo Diaz Memorial" league has six teams now. With who you have signed up, that almost fills the league. Unless you have some other specific intention, this seems the best way to go.

The Bo Diaz league has a password. I have never tried a NO-DH league, I will give it a shot.
