A different kind of theme league.

here,s how it would work.
you pick a team in your initial draft (WEIGHTED),throw in some other terrible players with your waivers picks to fine tune(down) your team.and the night after the waivers runs,use the lottery to pick which team you trade your team to..... :twisted:
example;LOTTO HIGH (1) has to trade his team to LOTTO LOW (12).and so on and so on (2 to 11)-(3 to 10)and so on.
(in case of a lotto tie the team that signs up first will be considered the highest)
THE MONDAY NIGHT FRENZY
After the season has played their first 3 games of the season you may pick up any other free agents that you want.but you MUST keep your original 25 players.(there should be plenty of money left to pick up the additional 3 players)
THERE ARE ONLY 2 WAYS OF ACQUIRING NEW PLAYERS(after the monday night frenzy)
1. IF YOU GET SWEPT IN A SERIES YOU MAY DROP AND PICK UP 1 PLAYER AT THAT TIME ONLY.(You have to send a message to all the teams of your being swept and then you can pick up your 1 player)
2.AT THE PERCENTAGE CHANGE FOR DROPPING A PLAYER.
So after 39 games (and games 78 and 141)
you may cut 3 players(and pick up 2),starting with the worst team in the league,up to the best.
you will have a certain time the next day to accquire your players or the next team in line can go ahead of you so everybody knows what time they can expect to pick their new players......
worst team picks 8-9 A.M.
next worst picks 9-10 A.M. and so on...
(tie breakers are the usual of heads up play,then run differential)
If this sounds like something you can be challenged with, then sign up below,I think it will be fun picking somebody elses team and watching it crumble and at the same time take the same kind of team and turning them into champions.......turn straw into gold.
