Better Ways to Get Online Help?

Is there a better way to get online help than emailing the Sporting News? A friend of mine inadvertently selected the wrong salary cap for his 80's team and wants to get the cap changed to $80 so he can join the rest of us in the league. He is frustrated because the Sporting News is very slow to respond and often not much help. I have experienced this personally in other seasons when I needed help.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
- Mike

Asking questions here is a good start.
You can change the salary cap for a team up until you are entered in a league. In the draft center, in the bottom right corner, where it says Salary Cap $100 million, next to it, it says "(change)" click on that and you can change your cap.
He already jpoined a league

The problem is he already joined a league (not really sure how he managed to do that).

The Sporting News finally helped him. He's in the league, now.
