Does anyone have any data on Lynn's 80 card? Light on power, but he does carry a 387 OBP. In looking at the card, it looks a little light on the hits/walks. Thanks in advance.

I've had that card twice...

With Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde results.

First time I had it I was at the Kingdome and he posted:

Second time I had it I was at Tiger:

.312/.530/.399 with 40 2b and 27 HR in 600 AB.

I was reading this post just before tonight's results and thinking about how my Lynn couldn't be 1980, but lo and behold, injury tonight and it is 1980!

That Lynn hitting .405 against Jablowmi's 57 in Beer and Peanuts #5 is the same guy.

Thanks for the data - I think i'm staring at YF's first stat line, though. Here he is through 154 ABs. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I've jumped on the Fred train for Jabs at this juncture in the season.

Fred's card can't be any worse than the Gorman Thomas turd card that once occupied my roster. Once the spinach debacle hit, Gorman lost his power.

March Madness Bracket Fred Lynn update:

It is his 1980 card :D but it took an injury to prove it :?

He is hitting around .400 with 10 doubles in 70 PAs.
