i seriously think it would be fun to pick someone elses roster and let them deal with what you dished out to them. :?
it,s simple.
you just pick the crappiest team you can manage under the SOM guidelines and trade them to another owner after the auto draft runs.
(via a pick 3# after the league fills.)
then, during waivers, each manager will get to pick up 4 players of his choosing.(only 4 though) you must carry ONLY 25 players at all times.

now, AFTER the season starts, you may pick up any free agent available,

"BUT-HIS SALARY MUST BE BELOW THE PLAYER BEING RELEASED."

the exception would be for the .75 players whom must be replaced by the same.
just think,the mike norris' and mike marshall,s of the league might actually get DRAFTED....
so c,mon and give it a try and that way you can actually say you,ve tried everything in the 80,s. we,d all be in the same boat and you would have to do some serious general managing to make the playoffs...

Is there a minimum that must be spent? Otherwise, it's going to be tough for whomever gets the lowest salary team with all the $75 players gone....

Not joining by the way, just curious...

to draft a team,there is a minimun of , i think 50 or 60 million that you have to draft with so thats about 2 or 2+ million per player. so you could not just load up on 75 cent guys....you,d have to put a little more thought into it than that.......but-- just thought i,d throw it out there and see. well, i,ve seen..............cool, on to better things....

like the Idea, the timing is horrible. With the Decade league, Win Penns credits, and the finals of March (in November) Madness. that is 3 pretty high maintenance leagues that I have just started in the past 2 weeks or so.
