8/20*16/20=128/400 = 32%.

Seeing as these are splits isn't it:
8/20 = 2/5 or .4 or 40%

16/20 = 1/2 or .5 or 50%

50% of 40 is 20 or 20%

Are the splits played on BPHR's? I've always played as though they aren't, that a BPHR 1-8 on the card would be read as a BPHR 1-16 if you're playing at the Murph, not as a BPHR 1-16 only if the split hits between 1 and 8. Which way is it exactly?
