Sign-ups first for the returnees for League 2 of the Pitting vs Hitting League....rules same as last season...but all Pitching Teams will now take on hitting teams this goround and vice-versa.
the rules are the same...Hitting teams may spend 20 million or less on pitching...no 11's or 2's in the field...players may play out of position in order to be a 3 or higher...catchers can be any number but must have a 0 or worse arm. Must play in designated pitchers park
pitching teams may spend 31 million or less on hitting...must have 1's and 2's in the field and catchers can be any number but have a 0 or better arm. Must play in designated hitters park
Computer draft with frenzy...last team entered 10/24....10/26 5:00PM frenzy...league starts on Halloween.
