what does it mean when people say "line out max" is the best way to tell of an injury.

What is line out max?

The most common result /w an injury is lo max. Thus, it's the worst way to tell about an injury, as it's the most common. (You can't eliminate all years with a lo max.)

LO Max results in a line out/the lead runner is picked off, resulting in a double play. It could also be a triple play, but doesn't have to be.

You should also click on the "how to read a player's card" link. You obviously haven't played strat before (or are joking around). Not that there's anything wrong with not having played strat before, but that link is a "must read" for someone who hasn't played before. It'll help.
