the rules are the same...Hitting teams may spend 20 million or less on pitching...no 1's or 2's in the field...players may play out of position in order to be a 3 or higher...catchers can be any number but must have a 0 or worse arm. Must play in designated pitchers park

The pitching vs hititing league has a no show and may need a replacment. Were move the guy to the West so if he show you may lose out, but if not you're in like flint
