ANYBODY KNOW IF 70'S OPTION IS COMING?

Long time Strato player who sees the 80's option as the real thing. Can't see play single seasons after getting involved with random cards.

But is there any word of a 70's league or 90's? Or other ideas with random card distribution?

Inside info appreciated. Thanks.

It's all about the Benjamins...

Most of the mystery die-hard players are keeping their fingers crossed for another game of this type.

As far as I know there have been no plans but us die-hards have been trying to recruit new people like yourself for quite some time. My reason for recruiting to the mystery format is so that TSN will listen to our dollars in order to evoke action. If the dollars speak, then I think new formats are sure to follow.

The biggest formats (and largest revenue) for TSN happen to be the single season formats. Problem is that the shelf life for the single season products is right around 18 months or so. Once the cards come out for the next season, the previous season grinds itelf to a slow halt.

The shelf life of the 80's game has been considerably longer. Though it's a niche type of market since the uncertainty factor either makes you a lover of the game or a hater. Those that love it are very loyal though.

Dollars mean a lot in the end so the larger the player pool in the 80's game, the better the future looks for other mystery formats.

back to the 70s, 90s, 60s

I would love to get in any of those decades. I can't imagine it would be that difficult to build an 70s or 90s game. Please, guys make it so.

In case it matters.......

An old Strato buddy of mine is visiting over the holidays and I showed him this first league that I signed up for. We are both in agreement that the random card feature is significant for those that get a bit bored with the re-creation stuff.

I won't be purchasing any single seasons. I will re-order a package of 5 for the reduced price on the 80's game, but will be waiting and wondering when a 70's launch or 80's launch will be coming.

Of course Mystery Card is the best game...

It's Strat mixed with a little bit of draw poker... what else could a guy possibly want?

I was skeptical of the 80's at first, but am hooked now. Wish I had sunk a few more dollars here rather then 2005. Oh, well. I for one would be very interested in a 70's format, as I am a child of then :D ! Wouldn't mind seeing this format for 90's and the early 2000 era as well. It is by far more interesting and challenging.
