1. 80 Million Salcap, 70's
2. No hitters over $3 Million in Salary
3. All teams use Oakland Coliseum (3-3-3-3)
4. No DH, of course
5. Four round live draft in the thread here (randomized order)
6. Waivers 5/10/20 advanced

I know it's a while away, but if sign ups are still going on once the ATG pitchers league is over, I'll sign up for this one.
I'm currently in 4 leagues, which is already over my max of 3, and they'll all end at the same time.
