70s and 80s Players Only - Leagues Chat Thread.

Note: I'm changing the thread title a bit as to not confuse it with the "70s/80s Players Championship" theme league thread.
**Check the thread to learn about missing players and players who don't belong.**
For those who haven't been reading the other thread that was going, this is going to be a 2 season theme league. It will consist of 1 team each in the 70's and 80's games.
Before the autodraft we will draft from a set list of players. This list consists ONLY of players who appear in both the 70's and 80's game.
Here are the rules:
1. There are a total of 139 hitters and 61 pitchers who appear in both the 70's and 80's games. That is an average of 11 hitters and 5 pitchers per team with a few left over. Each team will draft 11 hitters and 5 pitchers for a pre-set 16 man roster. The players you draft in this manner will be on your team for both the 70's and 80's teams. These players may not be dropped under any circumstances during the season.
2. I don't want the concern of fitting the players under the salary cap to be a concern so we're going to be dealing with a 200 million salary cap in both leagues.
3. For the auto-draft, you may draft only 1 "superstar" player of any salary, but all the rest of the players must have a salary of 2.5 million or less. There is 1 exception being pitchers in the 80's game are capped at 3 million. (I'm a bit concerned about having enough pitchers with a 2.5 mil cap in the 80's) There will be no restrictions on the number of players for your rosters.
4. Trades involving the keeper players may not be made, but you may trade the other players.
5. Players from that original set of 200 players who go undrafted may be drafted and used as if they were not part of the original list of 200. In other words, they may be traded/dropped/whatevered, but they must follow the salary restriction of rule #3
6. Any stadium may be used
Still up for debate is whether or not it will be a DH or no-DH league. I naturally prefer baseball the way it was meant to be played, so no DH is my vote but I'll go with the masses.
When you sign up, vote for DH/NO-DH and if you want to start both at the same time or wait on the 80's game.
I will post a complete list of players in this thread when it is time to draft. Anyone who wants the list earlier just send me a PM with your e-mail address.
Draft order will be done VIA randomizer unless someone else volunteers to look up the state lotto. It's too much trouble for me to do the lotto numbers with my dial-up connection.
LMBombers, jayhawk81, and pwootten have expressed interest already so I'm reserving a spot for them. If not interested let me know and I'll remove your name. If interested reply with your vote.
1. Voovits - NO DH
