Well, we've reached the halfway point of the 1973 season and it is time for our draft. First, we have to figure out the top three spots, so I will need lottery states from Yellow Dog, Gmac94 and free4allfree2001. Next, b/c we have two ties, I will need tie breakers between Brandon Craig and sphillip8 (for picks 4 and 5) and jayhawk81 and MrKite for picks 6 and 7.

Once the states are set, I will check the lottery and make the final draft order.

draft order is set based on prior season's record, with an NBA-like lottery to determine the top spot
