TSN Customer Service

Postby Jimmy_C » Sun Jul 12, 2009 6:29 am

Sometimes TSN Customer Service takes a bashing here, and I think that is so wrong.

We had a major problem in a 70's league I am in where one of the managers didn't get any of his waivers picks. As soon as Bernie and the crew got involved, things started to happen. They worked their butts off Friday (Ummm...unfortunately now I don't think any of them have butts anymore  ) to remedy the problem. They were able to re-load the league to a point before waivers, re-fill the waivers choices, and will re-run the waivers for us tomorrow night. The manager who got none of his waivers is very happy with the solution, and we can all go on as a league again.

It's not about the problems you run into with a supplier, because EVERY supplier will have problems. It is all about how fast and how well they fix problems that really matters. The fine staff at TSN did a super job...and everyone should know that.

I too have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. Having worked in customer service before I know how it's impossible to accommodate everyone, so you just do your best.
Bernie has even stated numerous times that e-mailing them is the best and fastest way to get a response, yet people still post urgent matters on the message boards (even regular posters who you think would know better, myself included) hoping for a quick response/fix and get upset when the matter goes unanswered.

Kudos to Bernie and the rest of the staff for working their butts off for not just Jimmy C's problem, but for all the issues.

AMEN!!! I really don't know why so many people have trouble with this...yet you read all the time on message boards...Please help - Bernie - where are you? I've never emailed TSN or Bernie and not gotten a quick response whether I liked the answer or not. What's the bet that even after this by the end of next week you can browse the message boards and there will be 15 "please help me" messages.

Very high, especially considering most people don't check this board. However even if it were in the ATG board, I agree with you that it'll get ignored/forgotten in a short time frame.
