This "D" sub makes no sense...

Postby Jimmy_C » Tue Nov 10, 2009 1:25 am

Bottom of the 11th, tight game, and HAL subs in Salazar at third so Madlock can move to...CATCHER?? Wake up HAL...this makes no sense. Not that Petralli is a great defensive catcher, but, how could Madlock be better?

We held on to win but this can only make sense in "HAL LOGIC-LAND"...

I just got finished complaining about a similar problem in another league. My starting Catcher Tony Pena got injured, and since my backup catcher was the starting DH, HAL decides to use Bonilla at C, leaving Bando at DH for the next 2 games instead of moving Bando from DH to C and using someone else as a DH.
