ATG V with a twist

Hey my fellow 70s and 80s managers. Do you have an extra credit to burn over the winter doldrums?
Out of curiosity I looked over the ATG V players and thought it may be fun and interesting at the same time to kick out the possibility of a

LEAGUE WITH A TWIST.
The twist would be:
each manager must carry a 25 man roster in an 80 million dollar league.

WITH

5 - 1 million dollar or less pitchers

AND

5 - 1 million dollar or less hitters

These players must stay on the roster the entire season and can only be replaced with similarly priced players.

That leaves 70 million plus to spend on your favs.

Now I'd like it to be limited to managers that have no more than 15 teams played in the ATG 4 leagues :P just to keep the big sharks away.

If you'd be interested lets sign up then. I think it'd be fun.

I don't get it. Outside of carrying 5 cheap relief pitcher and 5 scrubs to sit on the bench ot looks like a normal game and team to me
