Hat's off to [b:c4c92e76f3]Fred[/b:c4c92e76f3]! For those of you that know him you won't be surprised by this....

We are in a 70's theme league together, playing against each other in the semis. I rested my best 3 players the last few games to avoid injuries and FORGOT to put them back in the lineup before the semi's started (too focused on the 70s/80s championship waivers).

[b:c4c92e76f3]Fred noticed it in the box scores after the first two games and emailed me to point it out. [/b:c4c92e76f3]

Fred, thank you for the terrific display of good sportsmanship. Managers like you are why the theme leagues with familiar managers are so enjoyable.

Yep, the people who know Fred know he is a class act. It's kind of hard to believe that he is a lawyer from New York. It's nice to see someone buck the stereotypes! My faith in lawyers has been restored.

Way to go Fred! :D 8-)

Any interest in one final FATY league?

Thanks guys. I appreciate the compliments. I also know if the shoe were on the other foot, Rob would do the same for me. That's the great thing about these theme leagues: you get to play with folks you've gotten to know over time, and who are committed to playing the game fairly. And yes, I'm also looking forward to the next FATY league.

And the karma pays off!

Fred wins in 5 games and is onto the finals!

Congrats Fred, and stay out of my division from now on ;-) Having a 101 win and a 98 win team in the same division is just no fun LOL. And we did that without having PWoot in our division....

Even stranger is that PWoot actually won his division!
