Bob Bailor pinch hit last night for Terry Kennedy. Should I take this to mean that I have one of Kennedys heavy slanting R cards, which are his worst ones?
I haven't figured out HALs pinch hitting logic yet.

HAL was busy last night. He pinch-hit Dave Valle for Lonnie Smith even though Gerald Perry is my designated guy to pinch hit against right handed pitchers. Bad news for Lonnie? Does this mean i have Perry 's 7L card?
Or does this all mean nothing. You can never tell with HAL.

Could mean that you were facing a lefty that kills lefties. Or it could mean that you have one of Bailor's lefty killing cards. Or it could mean that you were facing a righty that kills lefties (and Bailor was the best RH hitter off the bench). Or it could mean that HAL had a brain fart.

Might have something to do with the clutch rating?

Learn from my mistakes. Resist making assumptions based on the game's logic as much as possible. Everyone has cut someone or other (Most recently it was Schmidt for me.) based on HAL's logic lines. Big mistake. Don't try to figure out HAL and what he does. Just follow your stats and splits and make your best intuitive decisions based on what you get.
