I won my first 90's Championship last night. My team backed into the playoffs (81-81 regular season record, a really terrible division) and then caught fire (won 7 out of 8 on my way to the title). Has anyone on the boards ever won a title with a team below .500?

I was in an ATG 4 league where a 73-89 team made the finals, but lost.

I have in the 80s. I went 79-83 and won the East. This delightful team won 7 out of 8. It makes up for all the 110 win teams that lost in the semis!
