Montefusco injured on a HR!

He threw a RF(x) to McAuliffe and got injured. There are HR's on x-charts???

Maybe a triple that was allowed to be stretched into an inside the park homerun? Did the outfielder have 4 defensive rating.
I know there are no homeruns on teh x charts but unfortunatley don't know what the circumstances are that allow you to use the running rating to stretch hits. Something doesn't sound right abouut it happening on an x result roll., but I could be wrong.

I believe there is a rare play possibility on the X Chart that allows for an inside-the-park homerun. This is a case of injury to insult!
