Glad to see he's doing better... I hadn't been able to keep up with this story too well, but apparently they thought he might die in the dugout after this happened the other day. He is now a minor-league manager for the Braves, and has been with the team coaching during spring training. Here's one 80s manager hoping for a speedy recovery for Luis:

Scary to think about... doctors were not able to save his eye, but he is on the same timetable for recovery and will continue managing... I will try to find a link to post if anyone else is interested

He took a line drive off the bat of Brian McCann smack in the face. Very scary. :(
